Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 24/7 care for young people facing a variety of challenges

  • Work as part of a supportive team to create a safe and nurturing environment

  • Maintain accurate records and reports

  • Support young people with daily activities and challenges

  • Complete sleep-in shifts and waking night shifts when required

What We’re Looking For:
  • Availability to work a 24/7 rota

  • Good communication and listening skills

  • Willingness to complete sleep-in shifts and waking night shifts

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Team player with a passion for helping others

  • Driving license (required)

  • Ideally, NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (training provided if not)

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: £30,000.00 - £31,500.00 per yearSleep-in Shifts: £60.00 per nightWaking Night Shifts: £15.00 per hourBonus: Loyalty bonus, signing bonus, and overtime pay for hours worked above contract

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 40 hours per week

  • Sleepovers paid while on holiday (based on average sleeps from the previous 52 weeks)
