Key Responsibilities
- Operate and load production assets, including CNC 3-axis, 4-axis machines, conveyor lines, hoists, and airlines.
- Provide engineering support for production changes, configurations, and setups.
- Conduct in-process visual inspections and attribute pass/fail gauging.
- Record and report shift performance in line with OEE data and timesheets.
- Perform daily Total Preventive Maintenance and Asset Care checks as per BMS requirements.
- Ensure compliance with route card discipline, HSE requirements, and report incidents to supervision.
- Train production employees in line with internal training programmes.
- Collaborate with support functions and shift leaders to resolve issues and drive improvements.
