Job Summary:
Our company is currently seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our manufacturing team.

Duties:
- Operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal sheets accurately and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine the correct specifications
- Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
- Utilize hand tools for finishing, grinding, and assembling metal components
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in working with sheet metal and understanding various gauges
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments as needed
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to bending metal sheets
- Ability to weld, fabricate, and assemble metal parts is a plus
- Familiarity with tooling setup and maintenance is advantageous
