An opportunity has arisen to join and contribute to a world renowned British heritage fashion fabric brand.

Brisbane Moss have been producing luxury fabrics since 1858 and we are currently looking for an Export Fabric Sales Administrator to join our team.

Based full time in our new premises in Dunnockshaw, Lancashire BB11 5PW between Burnley and Rawtenstall.

The role includes.

Order processing Send product samples to customers as requested, process customer orders received and accurately entering them onto our warehouse management software

Day to day communication with customers and export agents handling inbound and outbound customer queries and providing advice where necessary

Management of key accounts.

Liaising on a daily basis with other Sales team members.

Liaising on a daily basis with the warehouse team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of orders

Liaising on a daily basis with the logistics team to ensure the timeliness of delivery

Liaising with the finance team to help resolve customer payment issues.

Some travel opportunities during set European Fabric Exhibitions

We are looking for someone who is reliable, communicates well (maybe speaks a language), responsible and shows initiative and importantly attention to detail.

Admin/Fashion/Fabric experience would of course be beneficial, but a passion to learn fabrics and fashion is key to your long term enjoyment and the companys success.

A starting salary of £28k + bonus scheme would be offered to the right candidate, there are 25 days of holidays + statutory holidays. Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 4.30pm, Fri 8.30am - 1.30pm (45 min lunch Mon - Thurs).
