Project Manager (HVAC, Mechanical & Plumbing)

What You'll Be Doing

As our Project Manager, you'll:

- Implement and maintain our management systems, including QHSE policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and prepare Construction Phase Health & Safety plans.

- Oversee installation scheduling to uphold quality standards and excellent customer communication.

- Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement.

- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

- Lead, brief, and coordinate installation engineers and subcontractors on commercial projects.

- Foster collaboration with contractors, workers, and consultants to achieve seamless operations.

- Accurately complete and manage all project documentation.

This role will also involve other related duties to ensure smooth project delivery and consistent high-quality outcomes.
