We are currently recruiting for a client based in the Burnley area who are looking to recruit an IT Customer Support / Training Manager. This is an exciting opportunity working for a well established client and you will be recruited on a permanent basis.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Responsible for a team of 3 staff.
  • Providing training to clients on the products via Teams / Zoom once the products have been installed.
  • Making sure levels of aftercare are met with each client and followed up.
  • Resolving customer incidents and training support by means of; Telephone. Teams and Occasional site visits.
  • Providing a friendly and professional service to their customers at all times.
  • Managing customer incident progress, call backs and correspondence when required.
  • Making sure the team are prioritising calls and incidents and escalating in a time frame.
  • Providing support and guidance to customers throughout migration to their products.
  • Organising and creating work plans and instruction manuals.
     

Experience required

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
  • Strong IT knowledge and AV experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience of presenting to a camera would be advantageous.
  • Must be well organised and be used to planning their own day to day routines.
