Position: Performance Manager
Location: Lancashire/Burnley
Salary: £32,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Assist with performance and compliance of FM services across all schools.
  • Manage helpdesk jobs through to closure.
  • Produce monthly and annual service reports.
  • Perform data collation and trend analysis.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues.
  • Conduct internal audits and management safety visits.
  • Act as on-call duty manager as needed.
  • Assist in completing contractual documentation (JERPs, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Service Delivery Plans, Education Manual, Business Continuity Plan).
  • Manage CAFM performance monitoring tools and asset management.
  • Report incidents and accidents (AIMS).
  • Manage ad-hoc issues as required.
  • Attend and assist in end-user/client meetings, ensuring timely delivery of actions.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of FM industry standards and compliance.
  • Previous experience in a client-focused or service-based environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of CAFM systems.
  • Strong communication, customer care skills and organisational skills. 
  • A full UK Driving License.
