My client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Burnley. They specialise in quality precision pressed components and are a leading supplier of engineering subcontract services across the UK. They are renowned in their field for excellent service. Their team are looking for a dedicated customer service assistant, who can develop accounts and gain new business with experience in social media and marketing.
The ideal candidate will bring a fresh approach to their social media presence and deliver excellent customer care through various channels, including; website, email and telephone.

Pay- 26,000
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday 08:30- 16:45
- Friday 08:30-13:30
(36 hours p/w)
Responsibilities:
- Proactive approach to customer requirements
- Handling both incoming and outbound calls for customers
- Assist with developing and maintaining their social media account
- General marketing duties
- Identify customer needs and expectations
- Work closely with management to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
- Assist with the day-to-day office duties
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Organised and professional in manner
- A desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Remain calm under pressure
- Creative approach to determining problems and finding solutions
- Ability to work on own initiative
- A keen eye for quality and enthusiasm to get the job done correctly

Qualifications Required:
- English, Maths and ICT- GCSE or equivalent
