Ralph Recruitment are pleased to be partnering exclusively with our client, a leading online retailer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multilingual Customer Experience Exec (DE)

The Customer Experience Exec willprovide an exceptional customer experience by promptly dealing with any telephone calls, emails or messages (from new or existing customers in Germany, workingfrom the office, home or hybrid excellent product training, support and progression.

The Role

To deliver an exceptional pre and post sales customer experience, by promptly responding to and resolving any calls, messages or emails in a professional, courteous, and helpful way. This will also include the proactive up-selling of products, the provision of advice and basic technical troubleshooting

To improve the customer experience by proactively anticipating and resolving any issues, which may include; communicating with third party suppliers, such as couriers, working through carrier reports to provide timely updates and resolutions and managing orders, awaiting stock and ensuring the customer is kept informed

To manage Marketplace orders

To accurately create new sales and after-sales orders

To pro-actively resolve customer complaints through to resolution to the customers satisfaction. This will involvefinding and contacting customers who have left low scored feedback on a customer review site, to try to resolve and improve their experience, providing a polite and professionalresponse to online reviews, acknowledging the concerns raised and confirming a resolution

The Candidate-

Fluent in German

Experience of working in acontact centre performing acustomer facing role, dealing with complaints and problem resolutions via email, messaging services, social media and telephone

Experience of working in an alternative customer service environment
