Veritas Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the pre-school class in a local primary school in the Burnley area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children's early learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality early years education following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3-5.
  • Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development through structured play and learning activities.
  • Work closely with the pre-school team to implement individualized learning plans and assess children's progress.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and staff to ensure the best outcomes for children.
  • Ensure a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent (essential).
  • Experience working in an early years or pre-school setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
Hours and Pay:
  • Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:15 to 15:30.
  • Pay: £12.27 to £17.17 per hour, based on experience.
