Primary Teaching Assistant - Burnley area

- Monday to Friday 8.30am -3.30pm
- From £83.33 per day depending on experience
- Start ASAP.
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in various classes in a wonderful school within the Burnley area. This is a full time role Monday to Friday.
The Primary School is a 2 form entry school with dedicated staff and supportive SLT.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in supporting in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with a thorough understanding of the national curriculum. You should be passionate about engaging children and helping them to achieve their full potential and should be committed to fostering a safe and supportive learning environment for all. This will incorporate 1-1 supporting roles as well as some general class group work.
To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
- Have a real passion of supporting children
- Experience of working within EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with a proven track record
- Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
