Description

The key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
  • Manage leadership calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as staff appreciation events and group meetings.
  • Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Manage expense reports.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to commute to Burnley.
