We are seeking a Customer Project Coordinator with a background in the I&C field for a large industrial manufacturer and distribution centre based in Burnley. The successful candidate will be pivotal in key customer conversations & project intake management. The following will have overarching support functions with order management, data processing, client quotation logging, supply chain management, & product delivery.

The client we are currently partnering with is a multinational distributor that holds a portfolio of numerous national and international clients under bulk volume orders. The company is undergoing a strong growth period as of now to match its forecasted peak period and is, therefore, actively investing in its now strengthened customer hub.

Description

Key responsibilities will consist of:

  • Coordinate production and delivery of custom, tailor-made products
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure order accuracy
  • Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the order process
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Monitor and update order status in the company's system
  • Collaborate with sales team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all procedures adhere to company standards and regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Profile

A successful Customer Coordinator should have:

  • A background in I&C field within customer functions
  • Strong telephony professional manner & ability
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using business software and systems
