We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin to join one of our client's teams in Burley

Main Duties Include:

  • Supporting Performance Managers in coordinating with Local Authority representatives and Facilities Management (FM) team.

  • Collating daily performance data for all FM services.

  • Managing contractor inductions and updating spreadsheets related to inductions, DBS checks, and Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

  • Ensuring Helpdesk performance is in line with KPI compliance and managing any jeopardy.

  • Collecting operational data for monthly and annual reports.

  • Assisting with the completion of key business documents such as JERPs, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Service Delivery Plans, and Monthly and Annual Service Reports.

  • Supporting the development, implementation, and review of project documents and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a similar setting.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Enhanced DBS (can be processed if you don't have one)
