Are you passionate about working with young children and providing high-quality early years education? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Burnley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and stimulating activities to support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Providing a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children.
  • Observing and assessing children's progress and maintaining individual learning profiles.
  • Building positive relationships with parents and carers to support children's development.
  • Working as part of a team to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in an early years setting (preferred but not essential).
  • A passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
