Role Overview: As an EYFS Teacher you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment for children aged 3 to 5 years old. You will work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning, helping each child reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and support to ensure their development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.
  • Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development at home and in school.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching within the EYFS phase is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and improving educational practices.
