Job Title: Telesales Executive

Salary: £26,000 + Commission OTE £30,000 to £32,000

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Location: Burnley

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Telesales Executive to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business as they are currently seeing exceptional growth across the group of companies. This role mainly consists of building and maintaining relationships with existing and lapse client ensuring they are retained whilst offering different services from the group.

Telesales Executive

As part of a high performing team, you will be expected to:

· Make outbound calls to promote and sell our products to businesses in the UK.

· Build an online profile to seek further growth and potential referrals.

· Source new potential customers from referrals from existing customer base.

· Have an awareness of monthly team targets and how your individual performance contributes to the achievement of this.

· Work closely with the Sales Team to support the relevant post sale processes.

· Handle any customer questions or queries they may have.

· Advise the customer of other opportunities within the group which could be beneficial to the customer.

· Communicate effectively with finance to ensure customers have the correct credit limits and try to negate any missed payment issues we may be faced with.

· Understanding limits and advising customers of them.

· Maintain high standards of personal conduct at all times

· Work well independently and have a positive impact when working as part of a team

Telesales Executive

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience…

· A minimum of 1 years experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment

· Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems

· Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with Customers

· Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts
