Are you passionate about working with babies and young children? We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team in the Baby Room. This is a full-time position based in the heart of Burnley, offering a competitive salary and a supportive, friendly work environment.

Role Overview:

As a Nursery Practitioner in the Baby Room, you will play a key role in supporting babies' early development, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness while fostering a warm, nurturing environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and education for babies aged 0-2 years.
  • Assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual developmental needs.
  • Observing and assessing children's progress in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Supporting the development of strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Promoting a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
  • A passion for working with babies and young children.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (desirable).
