Major Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a professional SME based in the Burnley area who are seeking a Sales Administrator to start immediately. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm and free on site parking is available.

Duties and tasks will include:

* First point of contact for customer enquires / orders via phone and email.

* Process sales and purchase orders.

* Maintain customer documents providing updates and information in relation to ongoing orders.

* Weekly reporting to customers on stock updates

* Liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders

* Maintain stock provisions and forecasts

* General administrative duties

* Salary displayed is starting salary, with rapid increases within probationary period
