- Take full responsibility for the clinic's operational and clinical management, maintaining the highest standards of care and quality outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements, including preparation for audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinic performance.
- Manage clinic finances effectively, including budget planning and cost control.
- Lead, support, and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with referring client organisations and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
- Qualifications: Level 1 Nurse registered with the NMC.
- Experience: Proven experience in a clinical setting at a senior level, preferably in acute care, with a strong track record of managing and leading a team.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for independent healthcare providers.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
