Job Opportunity: Clinic ManagerLocation: BurnleySalary: £43,539 - £48,880 per yearHours: Full-Time ( Monday to Friday ) Meridian Business Support is excited to be recruiting for an experienced and motivated healthcare professional to join a leading renal care provider as a Clinic Manager. This senior role offers the opportunity to oversee the full operational and clinical management of the Burnley clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care and achieving financial and quality targets.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Clinic Manager, you will:

  • Take full responsibility for the clinic's operational and clinical management, maintaining the highest standards of care and quality outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements, including preparation for audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinic performance.
  • Manage clinic finances effectively, including budget planning and cost control.
  • Lead, support, and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with referring client organisations and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication at all levels.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Level 1 Nurse registered with the NMC.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a clinical setting at a senior level, preferably in acute care, with a strong track record of managing and leading a team.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for independent healthcare providers.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
