This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Business & Industry market.

About The Role:Are you passionate about maintaining cleanliness and ensuring impeccable standards in a busy site?As a Cleaning Supervisor you will oversee the effective supervisory and safety concerns when it comes to daily operations on site within the cleaning team.

The hours for this role are Monday - Thursday 7am - 3pm and Fridays 6am - 1pm.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • To be the clients/Managers main point of contact on site
  • To co-ordinate and drive a team on site, whilst completing core cleaning duties with the team
  • To support the manager with the training and induction of new staff, and the completion of training records
  • To lead by example when completing task, following the safe systems of work and method statements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have right to work in the UK
  • To have demonstratable people skills or experience co-ordinating a team
  • Experience cleaning in a similar environment or transferable skills, knowledge, and understanding
  • Understanding of COSHH and H&S compliance on similar sites/environments
  • Experience in training and inducting colleagues
