They were named the 28th best worldwide employer by Forbes in 2022 and are one of the largest private sector employers in Burnley.We are seeking Manufacturing Engineers for our Sheet Metal production unit to join our expanding team. This role offers an opportunity to gain extensive experience and work on various projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate designs into efficient, high-quality, repeatable production processes.
  • Support day-to-day operations by solving production issues and driving down costs.
  • Purchase capital equipment to expand capabilities.
  • Define manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Create BOMS, master layouts, tooling requests, and data sheets.
  • Ensure process performance meets quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Lead product industrialisation and validate using PPAP methodology.
  • Evaluate process risks and manage actions to reduce risks using PFMEA.
  • Solve production issues using techniques like 5WHY and 8D.
  • Occasional travel to France or Morocco.

Candidate Requirements:
