This is a great opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Fitter or Machine Builder to join a company that designs, manufactures, and installs bespoke machinery in Burnley.
What You'll Do:
- Work on your own initiative or collaborate with a team of skilled engineers.
- Fabricate and assemble machinery using mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and assembly diagrams.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Drill and tap parts.
- (Optional) Leverage your fabrication and welding experience.
Requirements:
- Experience working with mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and assembly diagrams.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Drilling and tapping skills.
- A valid driver's license.
- Reliability is a must.
Bonus Points:
- Fabrication and welding experience.
