Douglas Scott are working with a long standing client based in Bradford who are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to work on a part-time basis

This role is being created due to the additional work that the firm is generating. There is an existing client base and workload and the right person will need to have the experience to pick up the additional work that the firm is able to attract. 

 The work is a mix of general civil litigation including boundary, neighbour disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, contentious probate etc and commercial litigation with more of a focus on the civil side. 

 Ideally the right candidate is likely to have at least 5 years + qualified experience but the firm are open minded if someone has slightly less PQE if they are ambitious and ready to the next step in their career. 

 This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to join a long established law firm based in Yorkshire.

 The firm is a really friendly place with a supportive, family-like environment. Lots of members of staff have been with the firm for considerable amounts of time so staff turnover is very low due the environment created within the firm. 

 Salary are open to negotiation for the right candidate to get them on board with parking available close by and additional holidays are standard over the Christmas/New Year Period.
