Family Law Solicitor

My client is searching for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join their Burnley, Lancashire or Colne, Lancashire offices.

The role:

• The successful candidate will be able to deal with publicly funded family law matters, with particular focus upon Divorce and Private Child arrangements.• We will consider applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Fee Earners for this role.• Membership of Resolution and/or Panel Memberships would be an advantage, but not essential.• This is a full-time position.• Experience in civil litigation would be advantageous.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years Post Qualification Experience within Family Law is preferred, although experience prior to qualification would also be taken into account.• Candidates with previous experience working as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Paralegal or Fee Earner will be considered for this role.• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.• Developed advocacy skills would be an advantage.• High level of self-motivation and drive.• Confident ability to run and develop your own caseload with minimal supervision.• Collaborative approach, with a focus on maintaining excellent internal and external relationships and promotion of the Firm.
