A well-respected law firm is looking for a dedicated Family Solicitor to join its Public Law team, with full support to obtain Children Panel Accreditation if not already held.The Role:
  • Providing sensitive and practical legal advice on all matters involving children.
  • Negotiating residence and contact arrangements, ensuring the best outcomes for families.
  • Advising on shared parental responsibility and joint residence agreements.
  • Supporting grandparents and extended family members with contact applications.
  • Referring clients to mediation where appropriate to resolve disputes amicably.
  • Representing clients in public law proceedings, including care proceedings and child protection cases.
  • Delivering exceptional client care, guiding individuals through complex legal processes with compassion and expertise.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in family law, particularly cases involving children.
