General Overview:

The Performance Administration Assistant will support the Senior Performance Manager in the daily operations of contract compliance for FM services in Lancashire and Blackburn schools. This role ensures that services meet the required standards and the specific needs of each school.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Performance Managers in communication with Local Authority representatives and the FM team.
  • Collect and compile daily performance data related to all FM services.
  • Facilitate the induction process for contractors and maintain related spreadsheets for inductions, DBS checks, and RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements).
  • Manage Helpdesk performance, including jeopardy management, ensuring compliance with KPIs, and minimizing financial deductions.
  • Gather operational data to support the preparation of monthly reports and the annual service report.
  • Assist in the administration of contractual documentation and key business documents, including:
  • Job Evaluation and Reporting Plans (JERPs)
  • Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Service Delivery Plans
  • Monthly and Annual Service Reports
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of documents and procedures across the project.
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by management that fall within the job grade.
