ABOUT THE ROLE

I am an adult female who is looking for another person to join my established team of PAs so I am able to live a full and independent life.

I am looking for like-minded people that will be respectful of the family home but will also fit in with social events when needed. Experience in care or support is not necessary but would be beneficial. However, you should be someone with a caring, friendly nature that can take direction well, be reliable and trustworthy. We also ask that you are a confident driver and have access to a vehicle. The job can be very varied, as well as providing home and personal care, you will assist with work, hobbies, shopping and on occasion events and trips away.


ABOUT YOU

You will be required to work daytime shifts to cover week and weekend days. However, we are open to working around other commitments for the right candidate if possible.
I am looking to recruit Female Staff Team(Exemption is claimed under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9")I would also require that you are over21 years old for Motability Car Insurance.
As you will be working in the family home you must be able to respect my family, my wishes, my home and my right to a private life, this means there will be periods of quite time in where you will be asked to stay in the PA room we have provided which includes access to the internet and TV. The family also include family dogs and 2 cats, so you should be confident and happy around animals.

You will be required to get to know myself and the team- through meetings, shadowing, and bespoke training. You will receive all mandatory training and specialised training annually.

Hours and pay rates

The rate of pay will be:

Weekday- £13.91 per hour as well asincentives and enhanced pay on bank holidays.

Weekend- £14.94 per hour as well asincentives and enhanced pay on bank holidays.
