Job Title: Band 6 RMN – Memory Assessment Service

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to work with the Memory Assessment Service in Burnley.

Key Responsibilities

You will support the 0-6 assessment process, undertaking memory assessments using the service-specific tool (ACE III), and attending planned outpatient appointments (OPA) and multi-disciplinary team (MDT) discussions.
The role requires familiarity with Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) record systems and the ability to manage service users across various locations in East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen (BwD).
As the position involves travel to different sites, a car user is essential.
