This is an office based role but there is flexibility around start and finish times and adhoc days working from home, depending on duties. 

This is a 6 - 8 month FTC for a reputable organisation located in Burnley and my client is looking for someone to come in, join the wider HR team and carry out a operational day to role. This will include ER, Recruitment and assisting with various projects across the business. - Supporting management with full ER case management - Supporting with various recruitment needs - Supporting line managers in full case management and providing additional training to SLT for policies and procedures. - Advising and aiding managers with all aspects of the company absence policy and supporting employees back to work - Supporting on various end-to-end to recruitment campaigns, including helping to prepare job adverts, shortlisting, interviews, and HR system support - Getting involved with various project work and support the HRBP's - Producing, interpreting and analysing management information - Adhoc duties to support the wider team if you are interested in this role, please submit your CV for immediate consideration -
