Our client is part of a Group of Companies specialising in all aspects of property purchase & management, including renovation and maintenance.
They are looking for an experienced plasterer to complement their existing team and work in their renovations department within empty properties.
Responsibilities:-
- Take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs
- Remaining within budget and time parameters
- Operate within company Health and Safety guidelines
- Remain up to date with technical and legal requirements
Skills:-
- Plastering (Essential)
- Damp Proofing (Essential)
- Good communication to liaise with both colleagues and customers
The Ideal Candidate
This is an ideal position for someone who has been self-employed who is now seeking full-time work.
You must be practical and capable of producing consistent high-quality work where needed and completing plastering and damp proof tasks efficiently.
YOU MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS, VAN AND VALID DRIVING LICENCE

Hours: Monday to Friday. 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
Salary: £30,000 per annum depending on experience
