The Role

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of our students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports both academic and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to whole-school development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a strong partnership in supporting each child's learning journey.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support their development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
  • Create a stimulating and interactive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
  • Implement and monitor individual education plans (IEPs) for students with additional needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular reports.
  • Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
