About the Role:We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join one of our alternative provision for a one-year fixed-term contract, starting in May 2025. In this role, you will work with small groups of pupils who have a range of learning needs, providing tailored educational support in a safe, supportive, and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that cater to the individual needs of pupils.* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages engagement and emotional well-being.* Provide personalised support for students to ensure they reach their full academic potential.* Collaborate with colleagues, including teaching assistants and support staff, to create and implement effective learning strategies.* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to pupils and their families.* Contribute to the development of the curriculum and resources within the alternative provision setting.

The Ideal Candidate:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.* Strong knowledge and experience of teaching Key Stage 2 pupils.* A patient, empathetic approach, with a genuine interest in supporting students with additional needs.* The ability to differentiate lessons to meet a wide range of abilities.* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.* Experience working within an alternative provision or similar setting is highly desirable but not essential.If you are a creative, resilient, and compassionate teacher with a passion for providing an outstanding education to all children, we encourage you to apply.
