We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join our vibrant and dynamic team in Burnley. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the education of young learners in a supportive and forward-thinking school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Monitor and track pupil progress, providing targeted support where needed.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment procedures.
  • A passion for teaching and supporting the development of children.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
