• Have a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum/EYFS Framework and demonstrate excellent classroom practice.
• Meet the needs of all learners, ensuring they are supported and challenged appropriately.
• Have a strong understanding of Assessment for Learning strategies and how to implement them effectively.
• Be a motivated and reflective practitioner, committed to delivering high-quality education.

Essential:

• QTS/Postgraduate Degree in Education.

• Proven experience of teaching in a primary school setting with evidence of positive impact.

Desirable:

• Experience in leading a curriculum area or contributing to whole-school development.

• A background in working with and managing a team of classroom staff to support pupil learning.
