We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our young learners. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and nurturing classroom environment, where each child feels valued and supported. ECTs are welcome!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and development.
  • Participate in school activities, events, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally with Year 1 students.
  • Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
