About the Role:We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Year 3 teacher to join our supportive primary school team in Burnley. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing timely feedback
- Collaborate with other staff members to support students' development
- Ensure a positive learning environment where children can thrive
- Communicate with parents and carers regarding student progress and development
- Contribute to the overall ethos of the school
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2) preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A passion for inspiring and nurturing young learners
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to the welfare and development of all students
