Salary - £27,000 to £32,000, dependant on experience
About The Company
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Production/Quality Assistant to join our textile company. We are a small but highly successful and long standing company supplying high quality specialised fashion and furnishing fabrics to worldwide brands, distributors and merchants.
The Role
- Assisting Production Manager with daily tasks.
- Colour/Shade checking
- Basic Laboratory testing and record keeping
- Internal quality inspection
- Compliance documentation
- Manage external testing
- Communicating with suppliers in regards to all aspects of quality
Experience
- Administration experience required
- Fabric/Textile knowledge would be very advantageous
Salary
- Competitive salary
Hours
- Mon-Thurs 8.30am to 4.30pm (45mins Lunch).Fri 8.30am to 1.30pm.
Holiday
- 25 days annual holiday plus statutory bank holidays
