Are you an experienced Project Manager who is looking for their next challenge? Do you have experience within the HVAC, Mechanical & Plumbing sectors?

Well, here at Vital Heating Solutions we are on the lookout for a self-motivated, proactive, and strategic individual - someone who possesses strong leadership qualities. As the Project Manager (HVAC, Mechanical & Plumbing), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project works ensuring the delivery of the high-quality completed activity, projects, and documentation that meets the very highest service standards.

This unique opportunity is a highly versatile and continuously progressing role, which requires high levels of self-motivation and management flexibility. You must be deadline-driven, logical, and with the proven ability to operate under pressure, the Project Manager (HVAC, Mechanical & Plumbing) will be a 'subject matter expert' and support a culture of performance through effective collaboration.

The successful Project Manager (HVAC, Mechanical & Plumbing) will be responsible for:

- To ensure that management system processes are implemented and maintained including all QHSE policies and procedures

- Ensure CDM regs are complied with and Construction Phase Health & Safety plans are completed and submitted

- Manage installation scheduling to ensure quality of service and customer communication is maintained and standards achieved

- Report to management about the performance progress of installation projects and any need for improvement

- Consistently ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal management systems and policies

- Brief installation engineers and subcontractors regarding work tasks and processes. Prepare for surveys and installations on commercial projects

- Cooperate and coordinate work tasks with other contractors, workers and others

- To complete all necessary works process documentation accurately and legibly, and to ensure correct completion

- It is not necessarily exhaustive and other duties of a similar type and level may be required from time to time

The Project Manager (HVAC, Mechanical & Plumbing) will be a role model in terms of the company values and will be responsible for ensuring the full participation, coordination, and cooperation of all staff, contractors, and others to ensure high-quality outputs are delivered and maintained, in particular relating to the quality of work and compliance with a safe & healthy working environment.

The ideal Project Manager (HVAC, Mechanical & Plumbing) will have :

- Ability to drive and motivate colleagues to deliver results

- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal & effective telephone use

- Well-presented professional appearance with an outgoing can do persona

- Autonomous but also work well in a team

- Shows initiative and enthusiasm with the ability to work flexibly and respond to changing environments

- Be able to work with external consultants, regulatory bodies and internal management in the upkeep and improvement of the management systems

- Good organisational skills and time management

- Have an understanding of H&S requirements and law

- Full Driving Licence - NO DR Codes

- Basic DBS Check
