Join Our IT Solutions Team as an Account Manager – Burnley, UK

We’re excited to partner with one of the UK’s largest IT and Consumer Electronics Distributors, with multiple locations across the country, to expand their IT Solutions team. We're now hiring experienced Account Managers to manage relationships with their top 100+ Value Added Resellers (VARs) and IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

Location: Burnley, UK


About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving success for both our clients and their customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

 

  • Proactively managing key accounts, ensuring strong, lasting relationships with key resellers and IT MSPs.
  • Handling a wide range of quotes, from smaller requests to larger, complex project quotes.
  • Introducing new products and offerings to clients, helping them leverage the latest technologies.
  • Fostering relationships across the wider business and collaborating with key brands and vendors.
  • Gathering market intelligence, keeping up to date with industry trends and opportunities.
  • You’ll work alongside a high-performing team, giving you plenty of exposure to various aspects of the business, and the opportunity to grow your career while maximizing your earning potential.

 

Person Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager within IT solutions, technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Value Added Resellers (VARs) and IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to client management.
  • Ability to handle both small quotes and large-scale project quotes with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of market trends and the IT industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated by targets and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with vendor and brand relationships is a plus.
