Applications are invited from technically strong qualified or non-qualified Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment by managing a small team of fee earners and handle a caseload of c.45 files under while reporting into the Head of Conveyancing.
Salary is open but should be around £38-£45k  depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.Â
My client is expanding their specialist property law department where they can continue to0 deliver a high-quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals. The successful candidate will join a friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches.Â
The Team Manager will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and will also mentor and act as a 2nd opinion for less experienced team members.
