Rotherwood, with offices in Keighley & Burnley, has been assisting local companies and schools with their staffing needs since 1976. Rotherwood supplies to the education sector and offers DBS services while still providing staffing solutions for engineering, manufacturing, industrial, and commercial sectors on a permanent and temporary basis.

Role Description

This is a permanent full-time in branch role for a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant/Leader at Rotherwood working out of the Burnley or Keighley branches.

The role involves tasks such as business development, consulting with clients, conducting interviews, effective communication with candidates and clients, and managing the recruiting process. We are wanting a loyal, dynamic, positive and driven recruiter to join our team who can lead by example. We are not a business that micro-manages and we like our colleagues to have their own autonomy. There are no restrictions as to the sector or area you recruit in.

Are you:

  • An experienced Recruiter (any sector) with proven track record in delivering a high level recruitment service
  • Sales driven
  • Confident in interviewing and have excellent communication skills
  • Strong in organisational and multitasking abilities whilst managing a full pipe-line
  • Able to carry out face to face or via video client meetings
  • A person that can negotiate offers with both candidates and clients
  • Knowledgeable in recruitment laws and regulations
  • Able to drive and have access to a car
  • A member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) (not essential)
  • Wanting a change to be part of a growing team
