Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead their team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage management, you will oversee the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-centered service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service during high-volume periods.
  • Ensure consistent high standards of food quality and guest experience.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, HR, payroll, and performance, focusing on training and development.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and rotation to minimise waste and maintain optimal levels.
  • Coordinate reservations and maximise guest flow and table turnover.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance guest satisfaction.
