We are working alongside our client, a prestigious hospitality venue, to seek a Restaurant Supervisor
The right candidate will support the day-to-day running of the restaurant service to providing a warm and friendly welcome whilst maintaining our clients’ high standards and reporting to the restaurant management team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with staff management.
- Training new staff.
- Ensuring that company standards are maintained by yourself and all members of your team.
- Running the restaurant service and waiting on during busy periods.
- Providing the customers with a great dining experience resulting in guest satisfaction.
- Support the management team.
Skills:
- Experience of working in a busy, premium restaurant would be beneficial.
- Hard-working and flexible.
- Supervisor experience would be desirable.
Please note that training will be provided to help improve techniques and maintain our clients’ high standards.
Hours: Various shifts including weekends
Salary: From £26k per annum
Location: Burnley
