Our client is a destination hotel resort based in Lancashire and they are seeking a knowledgeable Front of House Manager to work within their busy hotel complex and uphold their commitment to exceptional guest experiences and impeccable service.

Responsibilities:-

  • Oversee the operation of the front of the front of house area, ensuring that all guests receive an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
  • Manage and train front desk team, concierge staff and other customer-facing employees to uphold exceptional service standards.
  • To ensure that the guests needs are met promptly you will need to liaise closely with other departments - housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage.
  • Assist in managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Respond to guest concerns or complaints quickly and professionally to guarantee their satisfaction.
  • Maintain the lobby area inviting and well-organized, ensuring it remains clean and visually appealing.
  • Work with the management team to create strategies that enhance guest experiences and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:-

  • A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in hospitality or hotel management is required.
  • Proven supervisory skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of front office operations, reservation systems, and best practices in customer service.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
