Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a dynamic Secondary Maths teacher in the Burnley area?

Tradewind are currently recruiting for an experienced Maths teacher or Strong Cover Supervisor with excellent Maths knowledge who is confident to plan and mark. This role is for a mainstream Secondary school, predominantly teaching Lower School students.

The role is to start in January 2025 until July 2025. The School within the Burnley area is offering a long-term full-time placement 5 days a week.

The school is based in Burnley and has excellent public transport links.

This Secondary School is rated 'Good' it aims to provide the highest standards of teaching and learning so that all children can achieve their academic potential. They ensure that they foster and develop the social and emotional well-being of their children as well as concentrating on developing the potential of their staff. They have a bespoke approach to every pupil and family.

  • Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching KS3/KS4

  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
