An OFSTED 'Good' mainstream secondary school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English ECT for a full-time, long-term role, with the potential to transition into a permanent position. The Role:- Start Date: After February Half Term
- Pay Rate: £110 - £150
- Teach engaging and interactive English lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Develop your teaching skills with the support of an experienced and nurturing English department.
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students, fostering a love for English.
- Assess, track, and provide feedback on student progress to support academic achievement.
- Have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum for KS3 and KS4 English.
- Be eager to develop and refine their teaching practice in a collaborative and supportive setting.
- Be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to creating an engaging learning experience for all students.
- Show excellent classroom management and a willingness to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
