About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting Performance Managers, interacting with Local Authority representatives, and managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Performance Managers in their interactions with Local Authority representatives and the FM team.
- Collate daily performance data related to all FM services.
- Conduct contractor inductions and maintain updated spreadsheets for inductions, DBS checks, and RAMS.
- Gather and organise operational data for monthly and annual service reports.
- Assist in the administration of key contractual documentation and business documents, including JERPs, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Service Delivery Plans, Monthly Reports, and the Annual Service Report.
- Support the development, implementation, and review of project-related documents and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
