  • Technical Coordinator position dealing with our clients manufactured range of wall coverings into the commercial interior sector
  • Carrying out GAP analysis and scoping activities to determine customer needs & identify areas that require product development
  • Liaise with mills and suppliers to obtain the most competitive prices and sustainable quality products
  • Communicate design briefs with relevant internal parties
  • Coordinate design layouts and made-up items for photo shoots etc

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Coordinator - Fabrics & Textiles with:

  • Must have relevant textiles / fabrics qualifications or working experience within the industry
  • Must have experience dealing with CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Understanding of fabric analysis - identifying fibre types, woven constructions, and yarn counts
  • Familiar with technical textile qualities and testing methods - FR, Abrasion, BS, EU and USA validation methods
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Vibrant, fresh and enthusiastic
  • Commercial design led sales experience preferred
  • Autonomous, driven and excellent territory planning skills
